The Hotel Metropolitan has about 39 air-conditioned rooms with 18 double rooms and 21 single rooms. Out of 18 double rooms 13 are standard, 2 are deluxe, 3 are executive Single rooms. All the rooms have an attached bathroom with running hot and cold water, large work table, cable television and telephone with direct dialing facility. 

Dining:
The "Pallava" restaurant in the hotel is one of the best multi-cuisine restaurant in Cochin. This multi-cuisine restaurant serves Indian, Chinese, Continental and Kerala cuisines. There is a "Palms Coffee Shop" in the hotel. This coffee shop serves coffee, snacks, Continental, American, and Indian breakfast, ice creams and juices. The Nasha bar offers various hot delights, cocktails and mocktails.

Conference and Banquet Facilities:
