Dining :
'Agashiye' in Gujarati means on the terrace. The restaurant is spread over 8,000 square feet comprises of two huge terraces that are inter-connected by a smaller one that houses a beautiful wooden bungli, a cottage that was earlier used to store mattresses (the occupants slept out in the summer). It is now the air-conditioned portion of the restaurant. At Agashiye, the food is freshly prepared, a lot of it in the terrace kitchen where you can see it. Our attempt is to try and retain the distinct flavours of the ingredients and we use both spices and oil sparingly. The menu at Agashiye changes daily and as per season so it is likely that an item that you particularly liked during a previous visit may not be there on the menu. but chances are that you will find another favourite!
