new culinary dimension. All the food served in the hotel is purchased from
government-certified markets and fisheries, and prepared in the hotel’s own
kitchens under the chefs’ watchful eyes.
The China Kitchen This unique restaurant features specialties from
northern China, including Peking Duck and Beggar’s Chicken, served with the
most innovative presentations. The atmosphere here is stimulating, with a
buzz from the diners and action from the show kitchens.
Aangan Set in a traditional courtyard setting, the wide selection of
kebabs and vegetarian dishes served here gives the restaurant its winning
edge. Aangan offers traditional Delhi cuisine, which is light on the
palate, as well as a true representation of India.
La Piazza This award-winning restaurant offers a selection of oven-fresh
pizzas, al dente pastas and fine wines served in rustic surroundings that
will make you think of Italian grottos or sidewalk restaurants.
T.K'S Oriental Grill The hotel’s grill offers Far Eastern cuisines,
including Indonesian, Japanese and Thai specialties, cooked Teppanyaki-style.
Chefs mix seafood and sauces to present a customised concoction that pampers
the taste buds.
Café Café, an all-day dining restaurant is open after having completed a
six-month extensive redevelopment, transforming the restaurant. The food is
prepared in stunning new open kitchens, which extends into the restaurant,
from where the chefs join the service team in delivering food straight from
the pan to the plate. The decor is contemporary, spacious and comfortable.
In essence, Café with its unique crystal ‘‘Tree of Life’’ and the flowing
water cascade provides a warm and inviting atmosphere that entices guests to
enjoy.
