villas which are of
traditional ethnic Kerala
style, built in harmony with
natural products like cane,
bamboo, thatched palm
leaves, coir etc without
inflicting the innate beauty
of the Mother Nature. Some
of the cottages are made on
individual islands and some
are on coconut pillars.
There are 20 Modern Villas,
both A/C and Non A/C, all

10 kilometer long Cherai
Beach is the best golden beach of Kerala and is rightly called “The
Princess of the
Arabian sea”.

infront of our resort. Dolphins are occasionally seen here.

newly beautified main beach with the walkway adds to the charm and
the Highmast lamp makes the beach enjoyable even at night. Cherai

Each cottage in the
Fishermen villas is
the typical Kerala traditional tribal style, no cottage is similar
to the other, built with natural products like coir, bamboo, roof
thatched with palm leaves, cane leaves, mud plastered walls
decorated with paintings and floor with terracotta tiles. The
gentle breeze from the sea and the backwaters cools the room
naturally.
The
Modern Villas are air conditioned Kerala houses to
