Hotel Raheem Residency is a heritage home
located at an undeveloped
beach in Kerala. This hotel
was built in 1868 and was
restored by Mr. Raheem, who
acquired the hotel in 2003, to its original blend of Mughal
or colonial style.

airport, 3.5 hours from the
Trivandrum airport, 1 hours
from the historic fort
Cochin, 1.5 hours from the
Kumarakom Bird sanctuary, 10

Accommodation:
Hotel Raheem Residency is
a spacious bungalow with a
large and high ceiling living room, generous front and
back verandahs and six en-suite
air-conditioned bedrooms
furnished in rich traditional Kerala style. The
premier room is Raheem’s Honeymoon Room with
the Kerala style bathroom,
partly open.

Raheem Residency. This
restaurant overlooks the majestic Arabian Sea.
In this restaurant one can
enjoy enjoy the famous Alleppey Fish Curry, Seafood Platter teeming with fresh prawns, seerfish and crab,
Malabar Chicken and a strictly vegetarian menu with local coconut
flavored vegetables. |

Facilities:
There is a massage room for
males and females separately with
the hot shower bathrooms.
These rooms have been refurbished from a myriad of tiny out houses, some of which were used to store
coconut shells in times gone by. There
is also a swimming pool
known as the Apple Pool, named after the Velvet Apple tree in the courtyard.
It is a 14.7 meter pool imported from France.
